Colour Sampling Service

A solution to your colour conundrums! If you've been feeling a bit lost choosing your custom corset colour, or even if you want to check one of our regular shades for suitability, you can now get that confidence at home.

Firstly, please be aware that silks are very difficult to photograph, and can appear quite different online (often darker and duller). However, I have full shade cards in-house, so if you want to narrow down your range, please feel free to email me with a colour reference and I can direct you towards the most suitable options before you start sampling. That said, the vegan silk representations online are excellent, and much easier to judge, even without sampling.

Once you've selected your shades they will be ordered in and sent on to you, this can take a week or a little more in the UK due to processing times with my suppliers.

The samples are yours to keep, so once you've chosen your perfect shade, there is no need to return them! Silk is an extremely precious resource and we aim to avoid wasting any at Orchid. If you don't wish to keep your samples, we will gladly pay postage to have them returned to us, or you can donate them to a crafty friend who could use them for quilting or applique!
